During this consultation we will discuss your unique expectations and the feasibility for the project.  Once the project requirements are set out, we will advise which route will best suit your project in terms of planning applications, such as a permitted development application, a householder planning application or other.

Following the initial consultation, we will issue you with a no obligation quotation outlining our fees.

Upon acceptance of our quotation we will arrange a convenient date to carry out our site survey.  The survey will consist of detailed internal and external measurements, photographs and video footage which will enable us to prepare the drawings for existing and proposed floor plans and elevations.

Following your brief and the information obtained during the site survey we will commence the initial drawings.  Once prepared, we will email a PDF copy for your approval, comments or alterations you may wish to make.

When you are ready to proceed and make the formal submission to the Local Authority Planning department, we will complete the relevant forms and collate all the required information to submit the application on your behalf.  During the application process we will act directly on your behalf as your agent.

The Building Regulations are the minimum standards for design, construction and alterations to buildings.  The regulations are developed by the Government to ensure that all works are carried out to approved standards.

Depending on the client’s instructions we will commence the Section and Notes design for Building Control Approval and either submit the applications at the same time as planning or once planning approval has been obtained.
